New Orleans’ top chef Mauve Maude is working on a new Jambalaya recipe as she studies for the LSAT.  The Jambalaya must include exactly 4 of the following seven ingredients: garlic, ham, onions, peppers, rice, shrimp, tomatoes.  Each ingredient will be treated in one of three ways – marinated, nuked, or fried – before being added.   The recipe must adhere to the following rules:
 

• Exactly one ingredient is marinated.
• At least two ingredients are nuked.
• If both onions and garlic are included, at least one of them is not nuked.
• If garlic is included, ham is not.
• If peppers are included, they are fried.
• If rice is included, then it is marinated.
• Tomatoes are included whenever shrimp is included.
