Manhattan LSAT Teachers - Ian Jorgeson

Ian has been helping students prepare for the LSAT for 10 years. Ian is a true LSAT geek and loves to take new tests whenever they're released. During this time Ian has worked with hundreds of students in Austin, Boston, and Seoul, South Korea, in classrooms and in one-to-one tutoring sessions. Although his 178 average score on real tests demonstrates his mastery of the topic, he works hard to insure that students of all scoring levels are able to develop techniques and skills that will help them improve on the LSAT.
When he's not teaching the LSAT and other admission exams, Ian is working on his Master's degree in Archaeology, and hopes to pursue a career in academia. He's had the chance to do fieldwork in and around such exotic locations as Victoria, Texas, Pie Town, New Mexico, and Safford, Arizona. While he loves teaching and being in the classroom, he's truly happiest digging holes in the desert. In his spare time, Ian is an absolute soccer nut, and can often be found early in the morning on weekends watching matches from Europe, especially when they involve his favorite team, Arsenal of the English Premier League.
Ian is very engaging and very enthusiastic about teaching an you can see that approach in almost every problem we do in class".
The instructor was extremely helpful and always available to answer questions outside class. He was always very personable and friendly and found a way to explain the logic behind the answer choices in a very understandable way".
Ian is very adept at presenting the material in an engaging manner, responding to questions, presenting the often vexing information in an understandable and digestible way. He was excellent instructor, more than I could ask for."
